Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1, 2012 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 8, 2012 in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the below described real property (and any personal property situated thereon) situated in Manatee County, Florida, and more particularly described as:
Commencing 54.4 feet North and 650 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida, for a Place of Beginning, thence North 150 feet, thence West 200 feet, thence South 150 feet, thence East 200 feet to the Place of beginning, LESS right-of-way for State Road No. 684 (Cortez Road) as described and recorded in Official Records Book 424, page 668 (Parcels 105.1 and 105.2), of the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 2400 Cortez Road, Bradenton, Florida
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on JANUARY 9, 2013, via Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale. This notice will be published in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
