NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005842, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and VERA CORLEY A/K/A VERA F. CORLEY; BAYSHORE-ON THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT-OWNERS, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S);IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203-C, BUILDING C, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 690, PAGE 236, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 69 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
