Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 28, 2012, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hernando County, Florida:
LOT 2, BLOCK 86 OF MARCO BEACH UNIT THREE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 17 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
(the “Property”)
to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on December 17, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
