NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 6, 2012 in Civil Case No: 2009-CA-009516, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, VICTOR FERNANDEZ; AIRELA DEL RISCO; DANIESEL ALFONSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIESEL ALFONSO N/K/A MAYELIN ALFONSO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, located at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 AM on December 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 198, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 124 THROUGH 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
