Thence South 37 degrees 46' East along Westerly line of said road, 40 feet; Thence South 53 degrees 16' West and parallel to Northwesterly line of said Lot 11, 895 feet for a Point of Beginning; Thence continue South 53 degrees 16' West, 100 feet; Thence North 37 degrees 46' West, 100 feet; Thence North 53 degrees 16' East, 100 feet; Thence South 37 degrees 46' East, 100 feet to the Point of beginning; being a part of Lots 11 and 12 of said Gulf View Subdivision, Sarasota County, Florida.

Also: a non-exclusive easement over the following described property: Begin at the point of intersection of Westerly line of Midnight Pass Rd. (60' wide) and Northerly line of Lot 12 of Gulf View Sub. as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 177, of the Public Records of Manatee County,
Florida. Thence South 37 degrees 46' East 24.2 feet along Midnight Pass Road to a concrete monument, as the Point of Beginning; Thence South 53 degrees 16' West, 66.8 feet to concrete monument; Thence South 08 degrees 44' East, 102.9 feet to a concrete monument; Thence South 53 degrees 16' West, 1078.40 feet; Thence South 37 degrees 46' East, 25.00 feet; Thence North 53 degrees 16' East, 1093.50 feet to a concrete monument; Thence North 08 degrees 44' West, 102.9 feet to a concrete monument; Thence North 53 degrees 16' East, 51.78 feet to a concrete monument on the edge of Midnight Pass Road; Thence North 37 degrees 46' West, 25 feet along Midnight Pass Rd. to a concrete monument and Point of Beginning.

Together with all rights of the grantor in and to the well referred to in Deed recorded in Official Record Book 364, Page 177, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 3010 North Military Trail, Suite 300, Boca Raton, Florida 33431 on or before 12/31/2012 (30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
