LOTS 17590, 17591 & 17592, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 66, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Commonly known as 3065 LOBELIA ROAD, VENICE, FLORIDA 34293.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 11th day of December, 2012.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
