NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 11, 2012 entered in Case No. 2009 CA 10742 WS, of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEMEH I. JABBOUR; DIANA M. JABBOUR ; SOUTHTRUST BANK; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and PASCO COUNTY CLERK OF COURTS are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pasco County, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on December 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 460, HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES, UNIT 4, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
