NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2008-CA-2019, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and DANIELLE MEZGER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIELLE MEZGER; JOHN DOE and MARY DOE, are Defendants.
Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the on the 17 day of December, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 75, DEER PARK, UNIT 1-D, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 145-146 OF THE PBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
