NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 30, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-006827-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, New Port Richey, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and JOHN T WILHIDE, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of December, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
