and commonly known as: 3607 HICKORY HAMMOCK LOOP, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on December 13, 2012 at 11 am.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
