A. as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N. A., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Douglas K. Leaf, Laura A.
