NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-002219 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and , DANILO RICCARDI; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANILO RICCARDI; and REGINA M RICCARDI; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REGINA M RICCARDI; and HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; and SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 24th day of January , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, IN BLOCK 319, 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
