SAPOUNTSIS AKA EVANGELIA SAPOINTSIS; CHRISTOS SAPOUNTSIS AKA CHRISTOS N. SAPOUNTSIS; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; PT ALEXIS INVESTMENTS, INC.; SUMMER LAKES EAST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, PAULA S.
