NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-012085-XXXX-ES (J1), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LMT 2006-9 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and MORRIS LOPEZ, III A/K/A MORRIS LOPEZ, IIII; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MORRIS LOPEZ III A/K/A MORRIS LOPEZ, IIII; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 2A, BLOCK 195, TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2A, THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 123.5 FEET, THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 93.75 FEET TO THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 140.19 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 36.66 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
