LAFRANCE A/K/A ERICA N. BARNES A/K/A ERICA N. COMPTON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERICA N. LAFRANCE A/K/A ERICA N. BARNES A/K/A ERICA N. COMPTON N/K/A COREY COMPTON; GEORGETOWNE SUBDIVISION HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARILYN SMITH, and TENANT #2 N/K/A TIMOTHY MURPHY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
