NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012704 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-C is Plaintiff and ERIC A. FREEMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC A. FREEMAN, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 18th day of January 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2538, 51ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
