NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019998 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II TRUST 2006-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR7 is the Plaintiff and PRISCILLA NAUGHTON; BENT TREE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 246, BENT TREE VILLAGE, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 12, 12A THROUGH 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
