I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Condominium Association of Waterside III,Inc. is Plaintiff, and Jimmie T. Connell, individually and as personal Representative of the Estate of Linda T. Connell, Deceased and Ross Black Connell, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees and Assignees of Linda T. Connell, Deceased are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 21, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
7192 East Bank Drive, Tampa, FL 33617, Unit 205 in Building 7 of WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUM III, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium in
Official Record Book 4639, Page 346 and First Amendment to Declaration in Official Record Book 4680, Page 36 and Second Amendment to Declaration in Official Record
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
