NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 7, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CC-011841-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRANDON BROOK HOMEOWNERS' HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LINDA S. BRIGHT and J.H.R. OF TAMPA, INC. d/b/a Home Improvement Services, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 28, 2012 at 10:00 A.M., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 22 Block C of BRANDON BROOK - PHASE II according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 67 at Page 3-1 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
