NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Summary Final Judgment dated November 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006538 Div J of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and HEIDI G. CROSSLEY, DEBORAH D. IRVIN, DOMINION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on January 8, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 14, LAKEMONT HILLS PHASE II, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 27, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
