NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 05, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025340 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and HECTOR F. PINEDA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 931 The Preserve at Temple Terrace Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16546, at Page 1686, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
