NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated 07/15/2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated November 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-26541 DIV C,UCN: 292009CA026541XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF CMLTI 2006-AR7 TRUST FUND, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR7 is Plaintiff and ROCKY A. WOOSTER; CHRISTIANSTED CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF TAMPA, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE CENTER OF SMITH & ASSOCIATES, MIN NO. 100015700069653208; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROCKY A. WOOSTER; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 14 day of December, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO.303, OF CHRISTIANSTED, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16513, PAGE 249, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE,150, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
