NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-016420 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2006KS1 was the Plaintiff and PHULMATTIE SOOKNANAN, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 22nd day of January, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 34 OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, UNIT NO. 12, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 26 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus of the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
