ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- 11 is the Plaintiff and LEANA F. DUARTE A/K/A LEANA S. DUARTE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEANA F. DUARTE N/K/A LUIS MEJIA; DENIS DUARTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/12/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
