NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29, 2012, entered in Case No. 2010CA007876 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and James J. Powers, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of James J. Powers, Jr.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Bay Port Colony Property Owners Association, Inc.; The Gallery at Bayport Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 135, THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15890, PAGE 761 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
