NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000290 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. is the Plaintiff and KAREN ZAKREWSKI A/K/A KAREN BARBARA ZAKREWSKI, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of December, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 50201, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declarartion of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16088, Page 1110, Amended in official Records Book 16123, Page 1240 and Official Records Book 16123, Page 1244 and all other amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 272 through 275, of Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common surplus.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
