NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-016865 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Benefit of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-HE3, is the Plaintiff and Isaias Vallejo, Ysenia Vallejo, Jane Doe n/k/a Valerie Hatfield, John Doe n/k/a Danny Hatfield, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
