NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 23, 2012, and entered in 09-CA-004969 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and WILSON MARTINEZ AKA WILSON A MARTINEZ; PALISADES ACQUISITION V, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA; CITY OF TAMPA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MARBEL ARZOLA; HENRY W. HICKS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m.. on DECEMBER 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 11, MANHATTAN MANOR NO. 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
