NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 27, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-009651 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN M. SAMUELS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on DECEMBER 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5, SUGARCREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
