NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015779, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and LUIS ORDONEZ A/K/A LUIS F. ORDONEZ; ILKA FIGUEROA A/K/A ILKA D. FIGUEROA; LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, BLOCK 3, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE PHASE IV UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE(S) 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
