NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-012606, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF6 MRA REO TRUST, is Plaintiff and ERNESTINE D. HODGSON; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A LORI HODGSON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, LINEBAUGH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
