THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 2878B, BUILDING 13, SOMERSET PARK A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15971, AT PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 101 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE CORN MAN ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 2878B AMERICANA CIR, TAMPA, FL 33613; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
