UNIT NUMBER 3302, FAIRCREST III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THAT CERTAIN DELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5269 PAGE 570 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
