Unit No. 2508, of SKYPOINT, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated June 1, 2007, as recorded June 4, 2007, in Official Records Book 17814, Page 346, and all exhibits attached thereto, and all amendments thereof, and according to the Plat or Map thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Page 188, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
has been filed against you, an you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Greenspoon Marder, P.A., Default Department, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is Trade Centre South, Suite 700, 100 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, and the file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW on or before December 26, 2012; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
