YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for the purpose of foreclosing any interest that you have in real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Hillsborough County:
Lot 7, Block 19, PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 3 AND 4; according to map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 7 , of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as 1905 Fluorshire Drive, Brandon, Florida 33511
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Powell, Carney, Maller, P.A., One Progress Plaza, Suite 1210, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before December 26th, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
