LOT 127 AND PART OF LOT 126, OF BEL-MAR REVISED UNIT NUMBER 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE PORTION OF LOT 126 BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; PARK OF LOT 126 MEASURED EASTERLY FROM ITS WESTERN RADICAL BOUNDARY DISTANCES OF 16.53 FEET AND 24.91 FEET ON ITS INNER AND OUTER CURVED BOUNDARIES RESPECTIVELY

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before December 26, 2012 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
