AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and BOHUMIL DANEK; SOMERSET PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
