NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-028058 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and D. BORT AS TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALLY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF A TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 2009 KNOWN AS DURLAK DUNHAM RESIDENTIAL TRUST OF FLORIDA; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY OF THE DURLAK DUNHAM RESIDENTIAL TRUST OF FLORIDA DATED SEPTEMBER 18, 2009; JEFFREY DURLAK; SHARON DURLAK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
