BURBACH; COMERICA BANK; WESTCHESTER OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WESTCHESTER MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; G.A. NICHOLS COMPANY; TENANT #1 N/K/A HARRY RAIMO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DEBBIE RAIMO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
