NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002127 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO BARRETO; JULIETA M. FERRAZ; WELLS FARGO BANK N.A.; THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A VIVIAN UNDERWOOD, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MICHAEL THOMAS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 10-201, AT THE PINNACLE AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15696, PAGE 1336, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
