PERKEL; GUADALUPE PERKEL; QUICKEN LOANS, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA; BLOOMINGDALE - CC HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A HILAL MANDO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ABDUL MANDO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
