NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-024535 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and PAUL PERKEL A/K/A IRA P. PERKEL; GUADALUPE PERKEL; QUICKEN LOANS, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA; BLOOMINGDALE - CC HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A HILAL MANDO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ABDUL MANDO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
