NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 29, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-010656 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NA, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-12 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT HENDERSON A/K/A ROBERT J. HENDERSON; NINA HENDERSON A/K/A NINA C. HENDERSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE HENDERSON FAMILY LAND TRUST #11302, DATED 04/14/2008; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; ABRAHAM & SWEENEY, PA, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HENDERSON FAMILY LAND TRUST #11302, DATED 04/14/2008; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/17/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
