Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 25, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOTS 4, 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK E, MANGO HILLS ADDITION NO.1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS SOUTH 10 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE EAST 1/2 OF SAID LOT 4.
and commonly known as: 5353 PEACH AVE, SEFFNER, FL 33584; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
