Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 22, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 23, BLOCK 7, OAKDALE RIVERVIEW ESTATES UNIT 4, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1007 HARDWOOD DR, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on December 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
