NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-025179 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT RELATING TO IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, Plaintiff, and, JEFFREY ROSEN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 8, IN BLOCK 6 OF AVON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
