NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-016635 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 BY VERICREST FINANCIAL INC, AS ATTORNEY IN FACT, Plaintiff, and, KATHY SMITH, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 13, BOYETTE SPRINGS, SECTION “B”, UNIT 19, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87 AT PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
