NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-017376 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, KENNETH KUCHLING SHEREE KUCHLING, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January 2013, the following described property:
THE NORTH 40 FEET OF LOT 398 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 399, BLOCK R, PINE CREST VILLA ADDITION NO. 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
