NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29 2008 CA 013804 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for FFMLT Trust 2005-FF11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FF11, is the Plaintiff and Dewayne L. Turner a/k/a Dewayne Turner, First Franklin Corporation, Amy L. Martin, Somerset Master Association, Inc., Jennifer Turner, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
