NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of August 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-030640, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES 2006-BC6 is the Plaintiff and BARTOLO SALMERON, REYNA SALMERON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
EAST 150 FEET OF THE WEST 300 FEET OF THE EAST 594.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 294.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
