NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of October 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-007316, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FINANCIAL FREEDOM ACQUISITION LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM M THOMAS SR, THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and JUNE J THOMAS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of December 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, OF PHILLIPS ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
